To be honest it’d probably cost a whack really. Getting U.S. headlights (which will require having the light beam altered for RHD use), putting in Recaro seats that Ford deleted for RHD cars, ECU remap to compensate for the reduced diameter of pipes on RHD cars.
Of course it would be just as easy to get a European LHD car and add the U.S. headlights (again for RHD driving).
The only Fords that appeal to me are the:-
Ford Fiesta ST200, 3 door, 1.6T Ecoboost 200ps 6 speed manual.
Ford Focus ST3, estate, 2.0 Ecoboost, 250ps, 6 speed manual.
Ford Mondeo Vignale, saloon, 2.0 TDCi, 180ps, 6 speed manual.
Ford Transit Custom M-Sport Limited Edition R181, Double cab L1, 2.2TDCi, 180ps, manual.

About €800 for shipping from the States to Europe, 10% import tax plus 19% VAT in Germany and depending on where you bought the car in the US sales tax and other fees. To get the car registrated here it has to pass the state inspection and needs a exceptional permission because of the head- and taillights. To get that permission different lights may be neccessary as well as rear fog lights.
In some cases importing a car from the US is actually cheaper depsite taxes and other burdens, a lot of current gen Mustangs for sale here in Germany are base spec V6 models which aren’t even officially sold here.

As long as you have the money nothing is impossible. The costs for fuel and maintenence and parts as well as road tax make it very unattractive to own such a vehicle here though:(
Imagine paying a average of$7 for a gallon for fuel.

I pay a little over $2 per gallon for 91 right now. I drive a 2012 model and it’s been quite reliable.
